Beef University
Coral Coast’s “Beef University” is a program offered by Coral Coast Beef that teaches participants about the full beef-production cycle — from pasture and cattle raising through to butchery, cooking and eating.
It’s essentially a hands-on learning experience focused on grass-fed beef production and beef appreciation.
